Join us for a special screening of Revelations of Divine Love, an experimental biographical film about the 14th-century English mystic Julian of Norwich.

Golum’s film draws on Julian’s visionary text—widely regarded as the first book in English authored by a woman—to explore the space between historical record and speculative imagination. With handmade sets, layered narration, and vivid stylization, the film meditates on illness, authorship, and divine encounter.

Premiered at FIDMarseille 2025, the film has been described as:

“At once historical and irreverently ahistorical… as interested in collapse as in resurrection.”
